Power outage disrupted my stay , leaving me without hot water or a comfortable night’s sleep. This incident significantly tarnished my experience at the hotel.

I enjoyed some relaxation time at the outdoor pool and took advantage of the hot tub, making it a lovely end to my night. The Standard Room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. I liked having nightstands on both sides for my stuff. The bathroom was nice, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Breakfast options were solid too, with fresh fruit and decent hot items. The only downside was that the TV initially didn't work, but staff sorted it out. Overall, a pretty chill space for my stay.

Had a nice time. Room was super modern and clean, and the bed was super comfy! Loved the mini-kitchenette with Keurig. Breakfast was tasty, lots of choices, and they had breakfast sandwiches. Parking was kinda tight though when it got busy. The staff was really friendly. they made us feel welcome.

I had an awesome time with my friends at this hotel! We loved hanging out at the heated pool and taking in the relaxation from the jacuzzi. The location was perfect for us, with dining options and shopping nearby. We also checked out the Lewis Family Playhouse, which was a blast. Breakfast was pretty good, too! Definitely worth the price.

The only downside was that the breakfast was all served on plastic plates and cutlery, which felt a bit cheap, but I understood why. Pia, who ran the breakfast area, was super nice and helpful.

Had an amazing time! The heated pool was definitely my fave 🏊‍♀️, perfect for unwinding. Rooms were spacious and clean, but breakfast was served on plastic utensils which felt a bit cheap. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel was very accommodating for our large family, offering a spacious room where all four of us plus our three dogs had plenty of room to move around. The nearby Mills Mall provided fantastic shopping and dining options, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished the breakfast area had more seating and quicker food replenishment.
